Located in League Park, in the heart of League City's historic downtown, Soulfreak Railroad Cafe serves up warm welcomes, tasty treats, and delicious coffees.
The Visitor Center and Cafe provides a proper introduction to the Historic District and League City. Guests can place their orders at the cafe and enjoy the atmosphere while shopping for souvenirs, browsing brochures on local attractions, or participate in scheduled activities. The cafe will host live music nights, movie nights, markets and art classes.
The Cafe & Visitor Center is located inside the historic Station Master House in League Park. The house dates back to the late 1800s and was originally built as the living quarters for the Station Master of the Galveston, Houston and Henderson Railroad. The GH&H Railroad was the first rail line to connect Galveston to the Texas mainland.
Soulfreak has been serving the Bay Area of Houston since 2019. Owner Amy Albro opened Soulfreak as a place to serve the community as well as local artists. Now that they have made their home in downtown League City, Soulfreak is ready to greet and welcome the community.
In addition to offering delicious custom coffee drinks and a variety of food items, Soulfreak Railroad Cafe remains true to its original mission of cultivating the arts in the local community. They will incorporate may forms of art, classes, book signings, author readings, poetry readings, and live music.
